Our Pre-kindergarten classrooms consist of children who have missed the cut off for kindergarten, and instruction is individualized to fully prepare successful transition into kindergarten classrooms. The Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards are used as a framework for preparing children to enter kindergarten. Classrooms are arranged into academic/learning centers to allow children to make choices and address individual needs. The public school curricula and expectations for children entering kindergarten are incorporated into lesson plans.
