Theresa is responsible for all school age curriculum development, assisting with the development of training plans for all school age programs and for overseeing the process of program improvement and accreditation through the National School Age Care Alliance (NSACA) for all school base sites.

Theresa’s areas of expertise are curriculum development and program improvement. One of MELC’s centers that Theresa is responsible for is accredited by the National School Age Care Alliance (NSACA) and has also received a four star rating by Keystone Stars, a quality initiative program through the state of Pennsylvania. She is a certified teacher with a BA degree in Early Childhood Education from Temple University. Prior to joining MELC 13 years ago, Theresa worked at La Salle University and Temple’s Child Care Center before starting her own child care center.
