Tracy is responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the early childhood education programs at the Norristown Center. Tracy has a BS in early childhood education from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida and a Masters in ECE from University of Phoenix in 2007. Tracy joined MELC in November 2003, but has worked in the child care arena for more than twenty years.
