Louise is responsible for programming and operations of the before/after school programs and the kindergarten enrichment programs that are located in the six elementary schools in Lower Merion School District.

Louise has a BA in Early Childhood Education from LaCrosse University. Prior to working for MELC, Louise worked as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit foundation in Newtown Square for 15 years.
