Louise is responsible for programming and operations of the before/after school programs and the kindergarten enrichment programs that are located in the six elementary schools in Lower Merion and the two elementary schools in Springfield (Delaware County) School Districts.

Louise has a BA in Early Childhood Education from LaCrosse University. Prior to working for MELC, Louise worked as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit foundation in Newtown Square for 15 years.
