Erin directs the Montgomery County Child Care Consortium. Housed at MELC, this community engagement group focuses on linking early care and school age care providers with Keystone Stars, on helping providers build relationships with school districts, and on building partnerships within communities involving early care. Prior to joining MELC’s staff, Erin was a Keystone STARS Specialist in Montgomery County. She has also worked in individual family child care and as a social worker within the foster care and medical systems. She is completing her Masters in Social Work at Widener University and has Bachelors in Social Work from Temple University.
